About us: We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands, selling a huge range of new and used vehicles from over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.

- Salary: £28,500
- Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 12pm on a rota basis)
Position Overview: Are you a Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge? We are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This role is a key part of our parts department, working alongside a friendly and hard-working team to build customer relationships and manage expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers in retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently, process all orders on the same day, and complete all administrative functions accurately and in a timely manner. You will also log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
- Receive orders and keep returns up to date
- Answer calls from customers
- Provide excellent customer care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team
