Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 44 hours on a rota basis (between Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 15:00)

Salary: £60,000 OTE (including £35,000 base plus bonus and Company Car)

Business and Transaction Managers are essential to the success of our dealerships. Your role will be to coach and develop your team, build long‑lasting and meaningful relationships, and maintain excellent levels of compliance and commitment to treating customers fairly. You will also be responsible for driving performance in Compliance, Finance.
