Your role as HOB will be to effectively manage the resources within our dealerships to achieve business objectives, including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. This is a fantastic role for the right person to put their talents to the test and to enhance this already successful business. You will lead a highly motivated team in delivering world‑class customer service experiences, through efficient communication, team building, and coaching your managers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a customer service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building and coaching with your teams
