Product and Sales Specialist - Glasgow Silverburn

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30, 9:30 - 18:30 or 12:00 - 21:00; Saturday 8:30 - 17:30, 9:30 - 19:00; Sunday 9:30 - 19:00
Salary: £27,000 per annum + bonus and excellent benefits!
We are recruiting for an ambitious Product and Sales Specialist to join our hard-working and friendly team on site at Glasgow Silverburn. You will work alongside our passionate team to provide Lookers customers a first class customer service experience.
The training is well thought out with our personal training platforms, interactive webinars, and our buddy system that a person with absolutely no car knowledge can transition easily into the role.
In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to gain some extra skills and experience out with the core role. You may be given the chance to be involved with Marketing and Events, our Business Development team, or our used vehicle programme. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in at least one of these areas. We are looking to speak to people with a background in Sales and Customer Service for this role. A driving licence is a must for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person
- Working with your team to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met
- As a Polestar Sales Specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing a truly immersive, educational, and thrilling experience to our customers.
- It will be your mission to ensure that every one of our customers leaves our space with unforgettable memories.
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
