Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.

About the Role: Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a highly detail‑oriented and proactive Treasury Assistant to join its dynamic finance function. In this role, you will support key treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management, accurate financial reporting, and strict compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily cash management
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Administer bank accounts, mandates, credit cards and related online platforms.
- Liaise with internal teams and external banking partners to support treasury activities.
- Assist with treasury projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience within finance or treasury (preferred).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Excellent organisational abilities and communication skills.
- A proactive, team‑oriented approach to work.
- AAT or ACT qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
