Contract Information
- Contract Type: Permanent full-time
- Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 depending on brand experience, plus bonus!
- Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 1pm on a rota basis)
Job Overview
Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place – we are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard‑working team of parts advisors, you will build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions accurately and log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Complete vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
- Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
- Answer calls from customers
- Provide excellent customer care
Qualifications
You will have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently. You will be a people person with strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
