We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our team in Brighton Mercedes-Benz.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties.
- Complete vehicle health checks for workshop.
- Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control.
- Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date.
- Answer calls from customers.
- Provide excellent customer care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
