Contract and Compensation
- Contract Type: Permanent, full time
- Salary: OTE up to ÂŁ50,000 per annum (including ÂŁ25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week: Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00 & Sunday 11:00‑15:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets, so being ambitious and hard‑working is essential. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the lookout for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving licence as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
