As a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager at Fourways, you will identify and engage with potential customers and introduce our Vehicle Rental brokerage services to develop & pursue new corporate business around the UK, whilst continuing to foster and grow the needs of our existing customer base. Your strategic insights and the ability to drive revenue growth will be key to our continued expansion.
Fourways Vehicle Solutions Limited is a UK-based vehicle rental and leasing company that specialises in providing corporate and personal vehicle hire services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across Fourways’ vehicle rental and mobility solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support successful delivery of initiatives
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed targets
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales within the rental, leasing, broker sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused
- Comfortable working independently within a hybrid/remote environment
- A Full Driving licence is a must for this role as some travel will be required
