Braintree Ford is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team. Specialising in either new car or used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first class customer service. You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand our customers' wants and needs.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, hard-working approach
- Ambitious with the ability to hit targets
- Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving license (you may be required to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market)
