Basingstoke Audi is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our friendly and professional team. This role is integral to the smooth running of our parts department.
As a Parts Advisor, you will:
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Ensure all items are correctly located and manage stock control
- Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
- Answer calls from customers
- Provide excellent customer care
You will have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and have practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you can work as part of a team as well as independently.
