Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers in the showroom and provide a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic welcome to ensure a world-class experience.
- Represent the reception/showroom host role with a passion for delivering first-class customer service and a warm, friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain high showroom standards, keeping the space tidy and welcoming.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, balancing confidence and assertiveness when interacting with customers.
