Contract Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: OTE up to £60,000 per annum plus company car! (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday- Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 & Sunday 11:00 - 15:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)
Ashford Mercedes-Benz is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in either new car or used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to crack on with the job and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look out for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
