Aftersales Manager – Omoda JAECOO Battersea – New Site Opening | Join the Launch Team
Salary: OTE up to £75k
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday
What you’ll do
- Lead the full aftersales operation — service, workshop and customer care
- Develop and coach your team through structured 1:1s, performance management and ongoing training
- Drive departmental targets and deliver brand KPIs across service, parts and CSI
- Ensure compliance across all service and warranty activity
- Own customer satisfaction and embed a culture of exceptional service
