Mercedes-Benz of Worcester is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site, specialising in new or used car sales. You will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first‑class customer service.

Key Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and self‑motivated to drive results.
  • Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work a flexible duty schedule, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person.
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale.
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale.
  • Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers.
