Mercedes‑Benz of Wolverhampton – Permanent, full‑time position. Salary: £31,500 plus bonus. Hours: 42 per week (Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00, Saturday 8:00–14:00 on rota).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Complete vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
- Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
- Answer calls from customers
- Provide excellent customer care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar parts advisory role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Practical knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
