Tonbridge Mercedes-Benz is seeking a career-driven Business and Transaction Manager to lead the sales team, coach performance, and drive excellent customer service across our Tonbridge dealership.
This permanent, full-time role offers 44 hours per week on a rota basis, with a £55,000 OTE (£35,000 base plus bonus and Company Car) and clear progression opportunities.
You will coach and develop staff to deliver compliant, customer-focused sales and manage forecasting and planning.
