Hybrid Working | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE).

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Creating and delivering innovative attraction campaigns, assessment centres, and networking events
  • Providing market insights, MI/data, and up-to-date trends to stakeholders
  • Building short- and long-term attraction plans for your divisions
  • Mapping out future resourcing needs and acting as the subject matter expert for all things talent attraction
