Lookers Motor Group Limited, Stourbridge Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site.
Hours: 42 per week, Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday mornings on rota;
Salary: OTE up to £35,000 with a basic of £29,000 per annum.
You will:
- Book MOTs, services and other repair work;
- Advise customers on warranty and upsell parts;
- Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments;
- Manage high-volume customer interactions;
- Maintain accurate records.
