A new sales executive role has come up at Stockport Volvo that will allow you to utilise your fine‐tuned customer service skills and provide an exceptional experience to all our customers. Previous automotive experience would be advantageous. Full support and training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Achieve sales targets, profit objectives and finance and insurance product goals
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required
- Act as a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport and converting appointments into sales, ensuring all leads are maximised
- Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving in your customers and bringing excitement to their new car purchase
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, dedication to flawless customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive and motivation are key to consistently achieving fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but is not essential; we always look for new talent to join our team.
