We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Site Logistics Coordinator to support operations at our Stafford BMW dealership. This role is critical in managing vehicle movements, optimising compound usage, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics to directly support productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the on-site vehicle compound, ensuring efficient use of limited space
- Coordinate the movement of vehicles between on-site and off-site compounds
- Control and organise the dealership car park, including customer, staff, and executive parking
- Plan and prioritise vehicle movements to support workshop flow and technician productivity
- Liaise with service, sales, transport teams, and management to align logistics with operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and movements
- Ensure all vehicle movements are carried out safely and in line with site procedures
- Proactively identify congestion or inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in site logistics, fleet coordination, dealership operations, or a similar environment
- Confident driving ability with a full, clean driving licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, space-constrained environment
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
