Glasgow Audi is recruiting for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team which includes Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, and our friendly Aftersales Manager, Stephen Cane.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers.
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.
  • Managing high customer volume, calls, and online bookings.
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining communication.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems.

Qualifications:

  • We seek energetic individuals with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
  • Experience with Kerridge / ADP is advantageous.
  • Ability to explain technical info clearly and work independently is essential.
