Location and hours

  • Based at Colchester Jaguar Landrover
  • Working hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5.30pm, Saturday mornings on a rota 8am – 12pm

Role overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our friendly and efficient Aftersales department. You will provide customers with a personalized, premium experience by advising on vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs, and managing customer records and bookings. The role offers continuous training and development opportunities, and a chance to grow your career with a premium brand.

Responsibilities

  • Booking MOTs, services, and repairs for customers
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
  • Coordinating with the Aftersales team to organize appointments based on workload
  • Managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and online booking queries
  • Communicating turnaround times and updates during vehicle servicing
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly

Candidate profile

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous. You should be a team player capable of working independently, with experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars and customer service.
