Sales and Product Specialist – Lookers Motor Group
We are recruiting an ambitious Product and Sales Specialist to join our team at Lookers Motor Group in Glasgow Silverburn. You will provide a first‑class customer service experience to Lookers customers and represent the Polestar brand.
Location & Hours
Full‑time, Permanent – Glasgow, Silverburn.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30 (variable 9:30‑18:30 or 12:00‑21:00); Saturday 8:30–17:30; Sunday 9:30–19:00.
Salary & Benefits
£27,000 per annum + bonus and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person with friendly, polite approach.
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering immersive, educational and thrilling experiences.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
- Complete mandatory paperwork and processes.
- Drive enquiry leads through the sales process, converting appointments into sales and maximising all leads.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and dedication to flawless customer service.
- Passion for the automotive trade and the Polestar brand.
- Previous sales or customer service experience in automotive environment preferred.
- Full UK driving licence (required for role). Willingness to drive prestigious cars for test drives.
- Enthusiastic, driven, motivated to achieve fantastic results.
