- Contract type: Permanent, full‑time
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑18:00 with 1 hour lunch
- Salary: Up to £43,600 including OTE (basic £34,000)

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all working practices comply with company, DVSA, health and safety and OEM policy.
- Make sure all service work is carried out correctly, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Maintain relationships with the vehicle manufacturer and provide support to Technicians during repairs, ensuring that high standards are achieved and maintained within the workshop and surrounding areas.
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure a top‑quality service for customers.
- Schedule work to meet customer needs, taking into account workshop targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of parts.
- Assist with technical challenges by going above and beyond to support the team and writing technical reports.
