Lookers Newcastle Paint and Body Centre is recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to join the team and work alongside our amazing Cosmetic repair technicians and Estimator, to provide a professional and friendly service to our Lookers customers. Headed up by our fantastic management team, who between them share a wealth of experience within Lookers, therefore the best training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with the Bodyshop team.
Responsibilities:- Provide regular communication to customers, keeping them informed of repair progress, additional work needed or vehicle completion.
- Keep the Lookers database up to date.
- Ensure all work is managed and administered in line with Lookers defined processes.
- Upsell bodywork and wheel repair work to customers as appropriate.
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy.
