Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum including OTE (£26,000 basic).
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday‑Friday 8 am‑6 pm; Saturday on rota.
Location: Newcastle Volkswagen, Scotswood Road.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs to standard alloy wheels and diamond‑cut alloy wheels using mobile D/cut repair lathe equipment.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in line with Lookers and manufacturer processes.
- Match alloy paint colours effectively and maintain highest standards.
- Communicate with customers to agree on required work and cost approval at the outset.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a tyre fitter.
- Full driving licence with a good driving record.
- Team player with strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
