Join Our Established Team at North Shields Accident Repair Centre - Alloy Wheel Technician
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum including OTE (£34,000 basic) with bonus up to £6,000 + Colleague car scheme available + Retention bonus.
Flexible Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 8am and 6pm, with Saturday on a rota basis.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Repairing standard and diamond‑cut alloy wheels using mobile D/Cut lathe equipment
- Ensuring all repairs meet Lookers and manufacturer standards
- Matching alloy paint colours accurately and delivering a high‑quality finish
- Communicating clearly with customers to agree work and costs upfront
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in alloy wheel repair or a similar role
- Also suitable for a Tyre Fitter looking to progress into cosmetic repair
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence with a good driving record
- Relevant qualifications welcome but not essential for a mobile alloy repair technician
