Lookers Volkswagen is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly on-site team. Specialising in new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, Sunday on ROTA, Day off in the week (10-4).
Joining our sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to the General Sales Manager, who will help develop your skills and career within the industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
- Achieving sales targets and profit objectives, including finance and insurance products
- Arranging and accompanying test drives
- Completing mandatory paperwork and processes
- Driving leads and converting appointments into sales
- Emulating a passion for driving and the brand to excite customers
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, a dedication to customer service, and a passion for the motor trade. A full UK driving license is required.
