- IT Hardware Administrator
- What You'll Be Doing
As a Hardware Administrator, you will be responsible for managing asset retrieval activities and working through collection lists. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Contacting employees and stakeholders to arrange the return of IT equipment and company assets.
- Creating and maintaining collection transactions within asset management systems.
- Monitoring outstanding retrieval requests and proactively following up to ensure completion.
- Updating and maintaining accurate asset records, including location and status changes.
- Supporting the wider IT Asset Management team with administrative and reporting activities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within IT hardware, service management, asset management, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and transactions.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
