Geely & Ford Leeds

Contract Type: Permanent, full time.

Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission).

Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00 & Sunday 11:00‑15:00. One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis.

Role Overview: We are recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site, specialising in commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
  • Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers

Qualifications: Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are self‑motivated, and passionate about their work. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always looking for new/fresh talent. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be expected to drive prestigious cars on the market.
