Guildford Volkswagen, part of Lookers Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site in Guildford. The role offers 42 hours per week with a basic salary of £32,000 and OTE up to £38,000 per annum (uncapped).
You will work with the Aftersales manager to develop skills and progress within the company. You will manage bookings for MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, upsell parts, and handle a high volume of customer interactions daily.
