Parts Plus Chelmsford is recruiting a Van Delivery Driver to join their busy, dynamic team. As a driver, you will collect and deliver parts to our retail, trade, and corporate customers, working hard to consistently exceed customer expectations and ensure that we provide an exceptional level of service to all our customers!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Parts to Customers efficiently and ensuring accuracy
- Gain authorised signatures and printed names from Customers for all Parts delivered
- Complete the Van Sales Delivery logs
- Ensure the Van is loaded correctly and safely
- Drive in a safe and courteous manner within the law
Key Skills Required:
- Confidence to work independently and on various routes
- Good English verbal and communication skills
- Be a ‘Team Player’
For insurance purposes, we require all candidates to have held their full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. You will also be reliable, have excellent communication skills, be flexible and approach your role with a positive and professional attitude. Having experience working in a similar role would be advantageous, for example having experience with any kind of deliveries, alongside a real passion for providing a great customer service experience.
