Belfast Peugeot is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Dealership Administrator to join our hard-working and friendly team. This role will be covering budget choice and van centre. Joining our hard-working team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.

Day-to-day our Dealership Administrators are primarily involved in the invoicing of vehicles whilst ensuring all data is recorded accurately. We are looking for an individual who is hard working and can work independently but also build strong rapport with fellow team members.

  • Ensuring that all manufacturer policies and procedures are fully complied with
  • Ensure that all finance policies and procedures are always adhered to
  • Ensure that all data is accurately recorded
  • Accurate invoicing of vehicles
  • Process driven, organised and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload
  • Work effectively as part of a team and confidently using own initiative

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to manage their time effectively with strong time management abilities. We are also looking for an individual who is IT literate and can highlight finer details such as identifying and addressing discrepancies. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the lookout for new/fresh talent to join our team.
