Maidstone Mercedes
We are recruiting an experienced Smart repairer / Bodyshop Technician to join our Service team in a state-of-the-art bodyshop. You will repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer’s specifications. This role suits someone with an accident or cosmetic repair background and provides an opportunity to develop skills within Cosmetic repair. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00, Friday 8:00–16:30, and no Saturdays. Salary: £32,000–£34,000 plus a bonus up to £6,000.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
- Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of repair as required
- Work effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
- Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs
- Adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs
Qualifications
Experience in cosmetic or accident repair within a bodyshop environment is preferred.
