As a Business Development Executive here at Gateshead you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers and achieving sales growth within your defined territory.

As a real go-getter with industry knowledge, automotive product expertise, and a technical understanding of automotive maintenance. Previous experience in an Automotive Parts department desirable. Must be a natural and confident communicator with excellent telephone manner. Adept at negotiating, persuading, influencing stakeholders. Must have a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build strong relationships with all customers, including regular face to face visits.
- Maintain full knowledge of stock, parts, accessories and pricing strategies.
- Utilise product presentations to effectively demonstrate parts/accessories to potential customers.
- Attend weekly one-to-ones with Centre Manager.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our app.
- Provide highest level of customer service.
- Identify new opportunities in territory and maximise results through advanced preparation and planning.
