Position Details
- Contract Type: Full‑time, permanent
- Salary: £29,000 plus bonus
- Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am‑5pm, Saturdays 8am‑1pm on a rota basis)
Role Overview
We are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join the successful team at Newcastle Renault. This is an excellent opportunity to be integral to the smooth running of our parts department, building relationships, and managing customers’ expectations alongside a friendly and hard‑working team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock controlled
- Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Practical knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- People‑oriented attitude
