Salary: Β£30,800 OTE (including up to Β£26,000 basic dependent on experience, plus bonus)
Hours: (42) Monday β Thursday 8.00am β 5.00pm β Friday 8.00am β 4.30pm
Lookers Newcastle Paint and Body Centre is recruiting for a Bodyshop Advisor to join the team and work alongside our amazing Cosmetic repair technicians and Estimator, to provide a professional and friendly service to our Lookers customers.
Headed up by our fantastic management team, who between them share a wealth of experience within Lookers, therefore the best training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career with the Bodyshop team.
As a Bodyshop Advisor for our Bodyshop, you will provide a courteous, welcoming, and professional service as customer liaison both in person, via telephone and email. You will also be responsible for welcoming customers to site, you will ensure all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome. You will deal with incoming customer/insurance enquiries and make customer bookings.
You must have previous experience in a similar customer facing role. Motor trade or Bodyshop experience is desirable, but not essential. You will have strong customer service skills and focus. You will need to have a full driving licence with a good driving record.
- Provide regular communication to customers keeping them informed of repair progress, additional work needed or vehicle completion, ensuring
- Lookers database is kept up to date.
- Ensure all work is managed and administered in line with Lookers defined processes.
- Upsell of bodywork and wheel repair work to customers as appropriate.
- Process invoices and ensure payment is received in full before vehicles are released.
- Liaise with internal aftersales colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamworking
- Help manage customer problems, complaints and difficult situations bringing them to a speedy, satisfactory conclusion for all concerned.
