We are now looking for a highly driven and ambitious Aftersales Manager to join our aftersales management team at Chelmsford Volvo.
Responsibilities
- As an Aftersales Manager, you\’ll manage a busy and professional department, ensuring a consistently high level of performance and acting as a role model for customer service excellence.
- Lead by example, develop long-lasting relationships with customers, and coach and motivate the team to do likewise.
- Report to the Market Area General Manager (Sam Wallis) and oversee team members including Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, manage Technicians to achieve maximum productivity, and ensure Service Advisors maintain a customer-focused approach to achieve first-class customer care.
- Ensure a consistently high level of performance is met across the department.
Qualifications / Necessary Skills
- First-Class leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop an aftersales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with colleagues, customers and external providers.
- Highly organised and process-driven with the ability to adapt and manage workloads.
- Ability to identify opportunities to strategically develop the business.
- Desire to succeed and the need to exceed targets.
