Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Lookers MINI dealership in Stafford. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom and via digital channels, listening to their needs and guiding them through vehicle selection, test drives, and the purchase process. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing accurate quotations, arranging finance and insurance options in line with company policies, and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of MINI models, pricing, and promotions, following up leads, managing a personal sales pipeline, and meeting agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets. The Sales Executive will also support customers after purchase, ensuring a seamless handover experience and ongoing communication that reflects Lookers MINI’s commitment to excellent service and customer care.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, empathy, and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with confident presentation skills and clear, professional spoken and written English.
  • Comfort with digital tools and dealership systems, including CRM platforms, online sales channels, and basic office software.
  • High level of personal integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate paperwork, compliance, and process adherence.
  • Passion for the MINI brand and the wider automotive industry, with a willingness to learn and maintain detailed product knowledge.
  • Ability to work on-site, including weekends and peak trading hours, as part of a collaborative dealership team.
  • Valid UK driving licence and a safe driving record; previous experience in a franchised dealership is advantageous but not essential.
