Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm on a rota basis

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Charles Hurst Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound customer calls and outbound calls for our Sales and Service Departments. You will play a key part in maintaining excellent service levels by efficiently managing customer contact, arranging service appointments, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact customers to arrange and confirm service, MOT, and maintenance appointments.
  • Identify customer needs and provide information on available services or offers to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle a small number of inbound calls and queries, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information within the dealerships systems.
  • Liaise closely with dealership service and sales teams to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Support overall customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by providing a professional, efficient, and friendly service.
