A rare opportunity has arrived to join a fast-growing part of Charles Hurst. We're expanding our Belfast Citroen operation - and we're looking for a Showroom Manager who can lead performance, drive standards, and shape the customer experience from day one.
About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a busy used-car environment. You'll help build processes, support sales performance, and set the tone for how Budget Direct Used Cars operates within Charles Hurst. You'll lead on:
- Maximising sales, finance and insurance performance across the used-car operation
- Supporting the sales team with coaching, development and deal-structuring
- Ensuring full FCA compliance and a consistent, customer-focused experience
- Working closely with management to strengthen the site's commercial performance
- Bringing energy, ideas and leadership to a growing team
What We're Looking For: A proven Business Manager or experienced Senior Sales Executive ready for the next step. Strong understanding of used-car retailing.
