Position Overview
- Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Salary: £30,500 dependent on brand experience, plus bonus!
- Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)
Role Summary
Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place, we are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Completing vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
- Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role required.
- Excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
