- Salary & Hours
- OTE up to £39,700 (Uncapped) – basic salary between £31,000 and £34,000 depending on qualifications, plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme.
- Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus one Saturday per 3 weeks 8:30am – 12:30pm.

- PDI Technician – realistic annual earnings £36,655 (based on £28,000 basic).
- Vehicle Technician – realistic annual earnings £39,730 (based on £31,000 basic).
- Brand‑Qualified Technician – realistic annual earnings £42,445 (based on £34,000 basic + HVE).
- Senior / Diagnostic Technician – realistic annual earnings £45,885 (based on £38,000 basic + HVE).
- Master Technician – realistic annual earnings £51,156 (based on £43,000 basic + HVE).
- Core Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology.
- Conduct vehicle services and perform necessary repairs.
- Provide first‑class customer service as part of the Service team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a mechanic or vehicle technician.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Completion of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with a specific brand is advantageous but not essential; brand accreditation training can be provided.
