Tonbridge Mercedes

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,500, plus bonus!

Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)

Job Description: Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place, we are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard‑working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations. As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
  • Completing vehicle health checks for workshop
  • Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
  • Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
  • Answering calls from customers
  • Providing excellent customer care

Qualifications: You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You must possess excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
