Salary & Progression Structure

  • PDI Technician: £38,155 realistic annual earnings (based on £28,000 basic)
  • Vehicle Technician: £41,230 realistic annual earnings (based on £31,000 basic)
  • Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified): £43,945 realistic annual earnings (based on £34,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
  • Senior / Diagnostic Technician: £47,385 realistic annual earnings (based on £38,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
  • Master Technician: £52,656 realistic annual earnings (based on £43,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)

All earnings include basic salary, retention payments, productivity bonus, Saturday overtime, plus an additional £2,000 HVE qualification payment for qualified levels.
