Lookers Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor for the Stourbridge Mercedes-Benz site to join our busy Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and service work, advise on warranty cover, upsell parts, and liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments, while delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.
You will report to the Aftersales Manager and have opportunities for training and progression within the brand.
