Lookers is recruiting for a career-driven Business and Transaction Manager at our UK dealerships network. You will coach and develop your team, build lasting relationships with customers, and ensure compliance and fair dealing while driving impressive cars.
This permanent role requires automotive experience, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to forecast, plan, and foster performance. 44 hours on a rota basis; £60,000 OTE (including £35,000 basic plus bonus and Company Car).
