You will proactively review workloads, ensure service/repair targets are met, and work with the Aftersales Manager to drive efficiency and quality across the workshop.
You will engage in brand-specific training, maintain safety and OEM standards, and foster excellent customer satisfaction through rigorous quality checks and collaborative efforts.
