Lookers Limited, Blackpool Volkswagen, is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will work as part of a busy dealership, providing first-class customer service and coordinating MOTs, services and repairs.
You will report to the Aftersales Manager, build rapport with customers, upsell parts, and ensure accurate records. Kerridge/ADP knowledge would be advantageous, and you will benefit from ongoing training and progression
